Basic Pranic Healing Course - Level 1

We all have the ability to improve our health and relieve ourselves of disease through the energy of our hands.

In this time of health crisis, having the ability to strengthen our immune system, heal ourselves and our loved ones (in person or at a distance) becomes even more important. 

This training, which is the basis for all the higher courses, helps us to know ourselves better and to understand our energy body - to which we often pay very little attention.

During the course you will learn a lot about prana, the aura and its functions, the 11 main chakras and their connection to the organs and glands, character building, the law of karma and the golden rule.

You will also learn many techniques:

- Pranic breathing to increase your own energy

- Feeling the energy body and the chakras

- Techniques for purification and energisation of the energy body

- Self-healing

- Distance healing

- Divine healing

- Meditation on Twin Hearts

During the course there will be sessions of theory, examples and lots of practical applications.
